It’s funny how the things we learned as children have so much impact on our lives. I was fully captivated as I read the story of the Three Little Pigs and understood how this fairy tale applied to my life.

The things we read, listen to and watch will become the soundtrack of our lives. This soundtrack influences the way we see the world and the story we tell ourselves. As a trooper, it’s our job to be selective as to what we consume.

There are as many broken men in the world as there are women.  I cringe at the idea that somehow “Men don’t or can’t heal”.  This ideal is faulty and should be quickly eliminated.

The 731 Launch Party-JAX was a huge success thanks to my friends and family! Several interesting questions came up that have me thinking about another end of healing.

Many situations can be diffused and turned in your favor simply by modifying your response.  Learning to recode your response system can prove to be powerful when properly applied.

Oh shucks!!!! My brother reminded me of a conversation that we had during my early 20’s where I communicated that I did not fear death.  I had forced myself to face a limiting belief in order to live freely.  Here’s my story.

Learning to focus is critical to growth.  A client reminded me of the power of focus in a conversation last year!

Recently a Facebook post from May 2016 reminded me of the relationship between love and forgiveness.  We cannot love without forgiveness and we cannot forgive without love, this hard lesson was critical to my healing process.
