Whoa Nelly! This one is a doozy. Sandro and I talk about the effects of high fructose corn syrup on your skin. You can find high fructose corn syrup in just about anything. We talk about the things where it’s hiding, we talk about other Sugar substitutes…which ones are good and which ones are horrible for you. Stevia, monk fruit, glucose, xylitol, pretty much anything you can think of we delve into. It’s fascinating. We did a lot of research on this and we are really excited to talk about all the reasons that we’re not supposed to eat sugar and most sweeteners, and how depressing that is. Also, It’s funny!  A real eye-opener.

How to become a great face reader.

Sandro and I discuss the different emotions and health issues connected with all areas of the face. We look at it from a Chinese medicine standpoint, as well as from my position as an esthetician. And even more interestingly, we look at faces to see what types of people were talking to behind the face. What emotions are they currently experiencing? What emotions are they experiencing frequently or in their past.  The face is a map and we go through several different ways to read the map. You’ll never look at someone’s face the same way again. Also, we paint each other’s toenails.
