In today's episode, I'm speaking with Karen Burgess from Petal's Baby Loss Counselling Charity and Sally Kelly, a specialist midwife in bereavement care, about returning to sex and/or intimacy after a TFMR.

It's such an important topic...and we just don't talk about it - me included!

We talk about how to connect with each other again - because the trauma and grief explodes the relationship in many ways, for many people. Communication is key, being honest with each other, which can feel very very difficult when you are already at your most vulnerable.
