It appears that cyclists in San Francisco don't like a controversial bike lane that was installed down the middle of Valencia Street.
A new report shows the number of cyclists on that street has dropped 53 percent since that lane was put in. Vehicle traffic has also dropped by more than 40 percent and businesses in the area are saying all of this is hurting their bottom line.
We should note that transit officials in San Francisco didn't release these numbers, they were obtained through a public records request.
For more, KCBS Radio's Bret Burkhart and Patti Reising spoke with KCBS Insider Phil Matier.
