è Most of us fall pitifully short of living in Blessing: Why? Ignorance, negligence!

è God’s desire and design: Genesis 1:27, 28

Advantage; Ability; Authority: Empowered by God to succeed and prosper in every area of life!

• Blessing is our impartation from the resources of the Bless-er to the receiver!

• The Blessing of Abraham: Genesis 12:1-3; Deuteronomy 7:6-8; Deuteronomy 14:2; It is yours in Christ Jesus: Galatians 3:29

è How is it conveyed? Genesis 1:27, 28; Numbers 6:23-27; (See Revelation 1:5, 6) (See also Proverbs 18:21; Matthew 12:37)

You Are A CARRIER (Problem is our failure as a receiver. We are waiting on external circumstances to manifest before internal revelation of The Blessing we have!

If I lose or take for granted the revelation, I can lose the manifestation. (Hebrews 11:1)

★ For the champion, process is often Revelation – Testing – Manifestation!

REMEMBER: “Thy Word is Truth” - Jesus (John 17:17)

“All Scripture is inspired by God and is profitable….” (2 Timothy 3:16)

The Father is just like Jesus (John 14:9; Hebrews 1:3)

God’s character, likeness, never changes (Malachi 3:6; James 1:17)

THEREFORE: When approaching a difficult passage:

è Ask the Holy Spirit, Who inspired and oversaw the Scriptures, for His understanding.

(John 14:16, 17; John 15:26; John 16:13)

He is the Spirit of Truth; He guides us into His Truth. “For we (believers) have the mind of Christ”. (1 Corinthians 2:16)

Guide: lead, assist you to discover

è Ask: Does this sound like Jesus?

• Why? (John 14:9; Hebrews 1:3)

è Approach the “parts” from the “whole”. What Do I Know? Seek balance, not obsession!

• Does this line up with what is clearly the character of God? (His love, grace, mercy, justice, sovereignty, etc.)

è When encountering a difficult, troubling or confusing passage, ask: Is this a specific message to a specific issue, or, is this a universal principle without exception. Always seek to discern the Biblical context. When necessary, seek to understand the historical context.

è When necessary, ask for the guidance and insight from a trusted Biblical scholar or informed Spiritual leader with experienced, balanced Biblical knowledge.

è Life Always Prevails for those in Christ!!

• Desperately, passionately fight the fight of Faith, Trusting that He is transforming you into His image and likeness and you Always triumph in Him. (2 Corinthians 2:14)

è Here’s the key: Hebrews 12:2 …. It’s All About Intimacy With Jesus!

“WARFARE PRAYER”

è Review: Discerning spirit and soul (Hebrews 4:12, 13)

è How do I “fight” in prayer?

• Invite the presence and ownership of the Lord [ALIGN]

(1 Corinthians 6:19, 20; Romans 14:8)

• Renounce the agreements we have made with lies. (John 8:31, 32, 44;

2 Corinthians 4:2) [ENGAGE]

 What is in my “inner rooms”?

• Fear? What have I believed was my security? (self; parent; spouse; job; income; assets; health?)

• Rejection? Where does the “I’m not good enough” come from?

• Shame? What do I feel like my Father hasn’t forgiven me for? (Hebrews 10:16, 17)

What must I punish myself for and withhold forgiveness for?

• Anger/Bitterness? What can I not release to Jesus and His Cross?

• Blame? What do I have to stay a victim about? Who has control over my life?

• Declare the Truth of His Word. (Light dispels darkness)

(Joshua 1:8; Hebrews 4:12)

The spoken Word, fully believed in the heart, releases His authority!

(Mark 11:22-24; Romans 10:9, 10)

• Receive, by faith, the loving ministry of Jesus! (Hebrews 4:16; Romans 5:17)

“We are being transformed into His image and likeness and being trained to reign!”

è Review: Inner Healing through the Anointed Jesus, and the ongoing revelation of our identity in Him is the platform for our effective spiritual warfare. (Luke 4:16-19; Romans 5:17; Hebrews 4:14-16)

è We are in a War! (Ephesians 6:10-18; 1 Peter 5:8, 9; James 4:7) The final result was decided and won at the Cross, Resurrection, and Ascension. We, believers, the Church, are the enforcement agents of the victory already won. The resistance, warfare, is through applying the Truth (Word) by the Holy Spirit’s power through faith and perseverance.

è Our enemy’s agenda: John 10:10

è Our balance: Not obsessed, not ignorant! (Hebrews 12:2 - the right obsession

2 Corinthians 2:10-11; Ephesians 4:26, 27)

è Be alert, aware. Recognize what is and isn’t the real issue. (Our old patterns of thinking, speaking, behaving are often the source of our inner conflict, but also open doors to our soul for the enemy.)

è She Partnered With The Author Of Her Life Story …. Luke 1:27-38

• To submit, she had to have developed trust. (Had to believe His Plan was Higher”

• What about Joseph? Her Family? Her dreams, plans?

• The Holy Spirit enables, ONE STEP AT A TIME!

è She was not perfect, but received correction and grew in her understanding of how to walk in her assignment. (Luke 2:41-51)

• Family dynamics …. Multiple children …. Tried to interrupt His ministry …. Brothers were unbelievers (Matthew 13; Matthew 12:46; John 7:3-5)

è She was overwhelmed, not disobedient!

è She was protective, not controlling!

è She suffered personal pain and loss to receive a Higher Calling. She was chosen faithful. She didn’t see on earth the Eternal Results of Her obedience.

• Her temporal And Eternal Blessing!

• Favor with God (Luke 1:28-33)

• Perpetual legacy and Favor (Luke 1:48, 49)

è Her Son Continues to change lives daily!

è The Anointing of Jesus to heal: Luke 4:16-19

è His strength perfected …. Our weakness in the platform for GRACE to perform! -Through Faith - Our standing

We are all weak somewhere. This is our opportunity to be bound to Him!

(2 Corinthians 12:9)

è Romans 5:17 - Those who receive abundance of Grace and gift of righteousness will reign in life through Jesus Christ!

è Healing prayer applies the Presence of Jesus to the root of brokenness. His Love and the Grace that is in His Love heals everything it touches!

PRACTICAL: (If you have already dealt with the issues of pain and found resolution through the Lord, no need to revisit! Give thanks!)

The Test? Is the pain ongoing and does it affect your inner person? For example, are there ongoing bouts with anger, shame, fear, rejection/abandonment, etc.? Keep inviting the Lord into those places.

Praying For Inner Healing:

(Recognize Ownership)

Lord, I am Yours. You made me and purchased me with Your own blood. I belong to You, spirit, soul, and body.

(Invite)

Lord, I invite You into the places of pain in me. Reveal where I am wounded and broken. (You may be aware of conditions, or remember events)

Lord, show me how You see me and how You see this pain. Show me what lies I have agreed with. (What Forgiveness is, isn’t.)

(Renounce)

Lord, in the Name of Jesus Christ, I now Renounce the lies of ______________. I declare Your truth, Lord, over me. I am ___________ in the Name of Jesus Christ!

(Request)

Lord, please minister Your Love and wonderful Grace into this place of pain. I receive it by faith in the Name of Jesus Christ!

EASTER SUNDAY

“What a God we have! And how fortunate we are to have Him, this Father of our Master, Jesus! Because Jesus Was Raised From The Dead, we’ve been given a brand new life and have everything to live for, including a future in heaven….” 1 Peter 1:3, “The Message”

Because He Lives …. Our Hope is sure and steadfast, undiminished!

• Based on substance, evidence!

• The empty tomb; the eye witnesses; the radically changed lives; (1 Corinthians 15; the entire New Testament)

Because He Lives …. Sin’s hold is broken! We don’t have to stay broken! (Romans 6:14)

Because He Lives …. Death’s power is destroyed (Romans 6:5, 9; Hebrews 2:14)

Because He Lives …. We have an Advocate, a Personal Representative before the Throne of God! (1 John2:2)

Because He Lives …. We have an Intercessor who is praying for us NOW! (Hebrews 4:14 – 16 [and we have BOLD access!])

Because He Lives …. We have a permanent home! (John 14:1 – 3)

Because He Lives …. We have a Guaranteed reunion with those in the Lord who have preceded us in death! (John 11:25, 26; 2 Corinthians 5:8; 1 Thessalonians 4:13 – 18)

…. “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him (Jesus) from the dead, you WILL be Saved”! (Romans 10:9)
