My name is Lauren, if you don't know me and this is my favourite place to be. 
I love just speaking into this microphone to you and riffing and sharing with you my heart, the depths of my soul, and really what is going on in life for me, I'm always curious, I'm always uncovering and dissecting and like trying to understand more.
The more that I do this, like really sit here and my own truth, the more I'm uncovering the bullshit that I've been attached to and regurgitating. 
This is a really difficult part of the journey to keep deconditioning that's the word here deconditioning philosophies, belief systems thought processes that I really held on to.
 

I'm a mentor for women in this world, non binary folks, gender, expansive souls and fairies. I just help people get into their bodies and understand the voice that lives inside of the body, the truth that exists there. And I think the truth is different for all of us.  We all have our own experienced way of seeing and feeling the world, the way we make meaning out of life is different in each and everybody. 
This topic today, I'll be talking about not calling everything, a trauma response, and why that is harmful. I believe people need to start asking the right questions for themselves.
