Hailey is teaming up with the first detective to re-open the case since Judy's death in 1992 to try and figure out what happened to the young mother of four, why her murder seems to have been pushed aside, and sort through the complicated list of who may have been responsible. 

In August of 1990, the Gainesville Ripper struck the small college town of Gainesville, Florida. He murdered five students over a weekend, terrorizing the community for months and changing the state's law enforcement forever.

Hailey heads back to Gainesville to search "The Spot" with Detective Allen and a cadaver search dog in what may be the last physical search for Tiffany Sessions.
