This was Episode 6 of Achiever's Zone with the HR Evangelist & Corporate Culture Guru Mr. Yemi Faseun ( Popularly called YF).

In this episode, which was almost 4 years to the date of our last episode in Season 1 episode 4 recorded in June 2020, we took a look back at our predictions 4 years ago when we talked about "The Future of Work" & we were accurate in our predictions about Work, the Worker & the Way work will be done.

With that confidence, we also attempted to predict the next 4-5 years along the same lines, looking into our crystal balls we predicted the changes as we looked at the "Now of Work & other HR related challenges.

It was a firerized session & you need to listen to this again & again to get the full value.

We completed the session by looking at an HBR article titled "The making of Corporate Athletes" & the pyramid of productivity.

This was another great session with YF, please take a listen & glean from his experience.

In this episode I spoke about Time & Race.

We all have our time wound for us by God & there is a race set before us.

Just like elite athletes, the likes of Usain Bolt, Tobi Amusan, etc.

All of them have regimented programs they follow, we also need to do the same in our lives & career.

Your seed time maybe someone else's harvest time. Don't use another person's time to run your race.

Stay liquid & keep moving forward.

In this 5th episode I had an amazing session with one of ou favorite guests - Mrs. Oluwadamilola (Dammy) Omotosho who is a Human Nutrition Specialist as we discussed the topic: Staying Fit & healthy in 2024.

We looked at how what we eat has a direct impact on our health & gave tips on what to do for those between the age of 40-50 to stay fit & healthy. It was an energetic session.
