In this episode, I ask the question about what makes you Tick? What tickles your fancy as an individual? This is another layer on top of what was discussed last week "Getting to know You".

You must know what makes you tick as a person, what are your likes & dislikes. What fills or depletes your love tank?

There is a recommendation to conduct a SWOT Analysis ( Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats).

So you know exactly what attributes, vibes & attitude that you have & the ones you can work with as a Team player.

Relationships & Marriages are just like you working in a team. You & your spouse must be committed to completement each other & not compete.

This is a start of a new Season of Tots Eclectic, however we are switching things up as we dedicate this season to matters of the Heart.

This 2nd Season will be strictly called SHMILY - See How Much I Love You & we will be focusing on Love, Relationships, Marriage & all that concerns the Heart.

In this First Episode, we start with the most important person - YOU.

You must know yourself, understand yourself to love yourself.

Do a deep analysis of yourself, your childhood, your growing up, the experiences you've had over the years which would have shaped you.

Conduct a personality test, check what LOVE LANGUAGE you speak.

There are 4 Ps to life: Your PURPOSE (Your assignment), YOUR PEOPLE ( PARTNER), YOUR PLACE of Assignment & your POWER

In this episode I sat down with our 7th Guest Mr. Olusola Pete Omotosho a Project Manager Expert & Agile Coach as we looked at Agile Project Management Methodology & the role it plays in our daily lives.

You will be surprised how much of the Agile Project Management principles we use in our day to day activities.

We highlighted the fact that project management methodologies are a great tool to help plan, monitor & execute a lot of the thing we do as individuals on a daily basis to help improve our productivity across board.

This is our final episode of Season 1 & we are super excited to get to this major milestone.

In this final episode I spoke about the need for Mentorship based on a question I saw on X ( formerly Twitter).

Answering that question & thinking about how to give back gave birth to this Mentorship program & I am super blessed to have a team around me to make this a reality.

In this episode, I shared my thoughts about Leading Teams using the expression I heard from someone ( Most Likely John C Maxwell) that says "Before you ask for a Hand, touch the Heart"

I have been leading teams & delivering projects for close to 2 decades now, been a certified PMP for 15 years & this principle is true in my experience of leading multi-cultural teams consisting of individuals from different parts of the world.

Before that I also spoke about My 2024 so far & how 1 word rings through the whole year & that WORD is OVERFLOW.

Lastly, I talked about our 9-Month Mentorship Program starting on 09/09/2024 & the fact that we will wrap up season 1 with Episode 13 on the 6th of September discussing the topic of MENTORSHIP.

Thank God Today Is Great (#TGTIG)

This episode 10 was published on the 16th of August 2024.

My thoughts are centered around the saying "Your Association determines your Allocation.

In this episode, I spoke about a recent event that happened to me while driving a friend's car with another person in the car who was learning how to drive.

I gave this learner an opportunity to drive the car for a short distance just to help her practice, but there was a need to make a U-turn before she could start the journey.

Unfortunately, she panicked & we had a little accident as we hit a barrier & the car's bumper got damaged.

Chaos ensured as other drivers started honking & shouting which caused her to panic the more, so I quickly took over & parked the car properly after which I calmed her down & we talked about the incident.

My words highlighted 2 things:

Direction & Speed.

She didn't turn the wheel very well in the direction we needed to go before pressing the accelerator which resulted in the accident.

Many people in Life, in their Career, Marriage & other areas are racing with time, on a clock moving very fast, but they are facing the wrong direction.

My advise is to pause, take time out, go on a retreat & ensure that you are going in the right direction, that you are on the right path.

Once that is done then you can engage speed with the whole of your might to get to that desired destination, otherwise you might be an accident going somewhere to happen.

At the end I said Season 9 Episode 1, instead of Season 1 Episode 9 (LOL!!!)

In this 7th Episode of our 1st Season on Tots Eclectic I spoke about the need to exercise Authority, as Authority is useless if not exercised.

Have you been in a situation where the traffic warden or Robot stops to function?

What usually happens is that there will be chaos as drivers do anything they want.

But the moment a traffic warden or anyone for that matter steps up to control traffic, things start to run smoothly.

You are the CEO of your life, take charge & step up to the plate & exercise that authority, that knowledge & skillset you have to resolve the chaos you are experiencing.

I have seen this happen in my life & experience as a Project Manager - PM (The highest authority of a PM is his knowledge).

So get that knowledge & use it, take charge & put your authority to good use, things will not clear out until you exercise that authority.
