After 17 years in the school system and retirement on the horizon, Shenelle decided to pursue a different dream and formed an educational consulting company with zero experience! Shenelle is a lifelong learner with experience in the public-school system as a teacher, instructional facilitator, and administrator.  She enjoys supporting teachers and students in a learning environment where everyone can experience success.  Shenelle’s area of expertise includes pedagogical content knowledge, instructional design and planning, culturally responsive pedagogy, collaborative structures, conceptual discourse in mathematics and STEM.  Shenelle is a systems thinker with exemplary problem solving and coaching skills.  She is adept at working with and engaging diverse groups around common learning. She uses these very same skills in her own consulting company.  Now she is able to help other women by providing a path to leaving the classroom. Fear is real and it is her  goal to help female educators who do so much to make schools run efficiently, stand in their value and pursue the new dream in their hearts without starting from scratch.
