Meet Shanell! A strategic, multipassionate creative xennial, and mompreneur. CEO of SKD Creative, Inc., named for her late mother and gramie and the creative talent they nurtured and affirmed.

She's a loud laugher, face maker, DIYer. A Black, creative, and dope wife of 16 years and mama to two drummers marching to their own beats!

For 9 years Shanell has helped creative entrepreneurs craft their personal narratives and leverage their strengths to start and scale their businesses. When she's not coaching creative mompreneurs, she's teaching at a nearby university in Central California, and serving as the Director for Equity, Inclusion, and Learning for an influencer marketing firm. Follower of Christ, lover of friends, food, and travel, rooting for everybody Black, and a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta, Sorority, Incorporated.
