I am a licensed clinical psychologist offering supportive, strength-based therapy to adults, teens and couples in Newport Beach, California. I truly love what I do and feel that it is such an honor to be included in the lives of my wonderful clients. It is also a responsibility I take very seriously. I therefore balance my practice with continued research to ensure that my expertise is based on the most current and effective evidence-based practices; bringing my clients real results.

I work from a client-centered foundation of therapy in which genuineness & unconditional positive regard are central to the healing process. I believe that my clients have an innate potential for growth, & that with insight and caring support they can persevere through difficult times with hope & purpose.

My specialty treatment areas are trauma/PTSD, grief & loss, Gottman Method couples therapy, women’s issues, relationship/romantic difficulties, and managing significant transitions.
