Shared Struggle

Fáilte a chairde,

This week I'm on the road to Bray Co. Wicklow.
As we all know one of Irelands true, stand out from the crowd legends died on the 26th of July, Sinead O' Connor. It was my grandmothers 2nd  anniversary and just the day after my mothers 20th anniversary. All that said it had a huge effect on me but not just because of the date but everything she stood for! All her controversy, all her rebellions, all her fight, all her courage and most of all for me was her Celtic feminine goddess warrior spirit.

I have some voice over and some funeral footage and farewell and celebration which leads me up the top of the Bray Head walk and I find a cosy spot (which you will hear from others also) to speak from my heart.

I really hope you enjoy!

Sinéad may you Rest In Power and let your struggles now lead you to everlasting peace!

I’ve said it after nearly every podcast but I really mean it here again. What a laugh I’ve had with Aaron on this one. Such an interesting and inspiring man. Funny as anyone either!
Take a deep dive into the life of one of Irelands best Thai fighters and hear about his journey inside and outside the ring.

Huge thanks to Aaron, I really appreciate it bro!

“Aidie” is a guy I know for many years and we used substances in the same town, pubs and even close circles.
His story is one of sadness, triumph, achievement and learning all the time.

It was a pleasure to have Adrian on the podcast and I hope you all enjoy it!
