I had the amazing opportunity to chat with Jamie Mittelman of Flame Bearers. Flame Bearers is the first global storytelling platform that celebrates the stories of women, Olympians and para Olympians, reaching listeners in 47 countries. It celebrates the resilience of women through the lens of sport, from household names to unsung heroes. Jamie explains how the stories of these athletes are inspiring her and others! We even talk through business models, corporate social responsibility, and our own relationships with sport.
I hope you get as inspired as I do from this conversation!

I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down for Kim Shapira, Registered Dietitian. You are going to hear Kim help me reach some deep conclusions about my relationship with the middle and my relationship with my body. That is right, we get really deep.
Kim has a book coming out later this year (which you can preorder on her website), and is currently in the middle of getting it launched. Even though she is still in the middle, she has been in this middle since high school.
This conversation was one that I was so nervous about, but ended up being one that I am so proud of you hearing.
