  • Learning Lessons from the Universe with Sara Kelly

The second episode in the Women Who Made Me series is a woman who has become one of my go-tos for all kinds of The Mddl related topics. Sara Kelly is a Home Management Consultant and what I lovingly refer to as my business bestie. She is so kind and wise as you will see in this episode. We talk about getting through so many hard things and coming out on the other side with more tools than we started.

  • Mid-Thirties Thoughts

I reflect on turning 34 and being solidly in my mid-thirties. While I don't mind aging, I am a fool for nostalgia and am blown away by how quickly time passes. Nonetheless, my 33rd year has given me many lessons, and I'm excited to settle into the person I was always meant to be at 34.

In the advice section, I discuss how to find direction and purpose in the middle of life. As someone who has achieved some of the goals I set out for myself in my twenties, I offer advice on how to set new goals and deal with the fear and uncertainty that comes with taking risks.

I am grateful for the opportunity to share my thoughts and experiences with you on this podcast. I appreciate every listener, and I hope that my words help you embrace the messy middle of your own life.

As always, I appreciate your support and feedback. Thank you for being a part of my journey.

  • I Invented This For The Middle with Dr Jennifer Hintzsche

In this special episode, I have the honor of chatting with Dr. Jennifer Hintzsche, a wife, mother, innovator, and a fierce advocate for women's health. She has a doctoral degree in bioinformatics and is on a mission to bring the first FDA Cleared over the Counter assisted Reproduction Kit to the market in 2023. This episode is a bit longer than our usual shows, but I didn’t want to cut anything.

This episode is a must-listen for anyone facing infertility, those anyone who wants to understand the struggles and triumphs of couples trying to start a family, or just any woman in general. So grab a cup of coffee and join us for this enlightening conversation!
