Shauna O’Hara Freeman knew something wasn’t right and faced a tough six-month battle to be taken seriously and get the health care she needed. Shauna discusses the cruel landscape of ovarian cancer and how it takes its toll not just on the woman, but their loved ones and carers. Shauna passed away in April 2019 just shy of her 27th birthday and lives on in the hearts of those who loved her.
