In this episode, Ariy opens up about her Sunday experience and shares a light on an enlightening reflection she had. This episode is an honest and vulnerable conversation that encourages a healthy level of progress.
She notes how society keeps going and is never satisfied so it is important to make sure you are satisfied and take those times for yourself because you can truly never please everyone.
The recent experience notes that progress should be a goal in terms of where you want to be, but you should not overwhelm yourself with trying to 'keep moving forward' at society's pace, and enjoy the journey along the way.
You are the only person you will live 100% of your entire life, please make sure you are good first.
In this episode, she pays a tribute to Adam Azhari, a friend & brother of her business fraternity, who has had a great impact on everyone he met.
This episode is for the people who need that reminder to keep going in a healthy manner, and to listen to signs.
Please listen to the entire episode.

In this episode, Ariy talks about allowing yourself to step back politely and say no in order to provide your best later. Ariy notes that it is not an easy thing to do but it is worth it in the end.
She brings up Self-care, self-love, and other 'self-centered' words that corroborate being selfish. She tries to make a distinction between being a good type of selfish (using the previously mentioned words), and a bad type of selfish (greediness, trying to 'win' at the expense of someone else, etc..)
She also dives deeper into perception and relates communication and interpretation with a concept her marketing class recently talked about: Brand Image Versus Brand Identity.
All of this ties into being grateful for what you have, where you have come from, and where you are.
***CHALLENGE***
As mentioned from what her class did, Ariy is challenging you to take 5 minutes each day, to write some things you are grateful for, or even make little notes throughout the day. Do not limit yourself in what you are noting. It could be as big or little as you make or want it to be,

In this episode, Ariy shares a poem that she wrote a while back and explains the meaning of each line in accordance with her current growth. The poem starts off with the line, "Self indulgence brings comfort home".
This is the first time she has read the poem since she wrote it. Because of this, she notes how different her interpretation reading it now may be different than when she first wrote it.
She also offers advice and outlook on life through each explanation of the lines of the poem. One of the reminders include "never settl[ing] for less".
