As a running coach, I encounter quite a few other women that don't call themselves a runner even though they run 2, 3 or 4 times a week.
Some struggle to call themselves a runner, some don't believe they're a runner and others think they're not good enough to call themselves a runner.
In this podcast, I go through the reasons people have given me for not calling themselves a runner and encourage you to be proud of your running no matter the reason you don't think you're a runner.
