  • CRUSH Formula

CRUSH on success and progress! Implement these five elements into your business and practice them.

When I was trying to develop a means to interact with my current and potential clients, this came to me, a five-letter formula that helped me 'CRUSH' it! Combining my personal experiences and sales journey, I can say that this works and this is indeed helpful.

CRUSH mixes physical and mental effort by creating an awareness of your company's internal and external factors, as well as you as a business owner. I deconstruct the equation in this episode by starting off by asking you to figure out what your CORE is. What are your goals, vision and values? Then I talked about REVENUE, and offered helpful advice that you should keep in mind to help increase your digits. UTILITY refers to the legwork, logistics, and procedures that will be used to take such plans to the next level. Following that, I discussed SALES and how to grasp the mindset of a true salesperson. Closing the formula is about HEADSPACE. In this point, I explained the importance of it and tell you the reason why I strongly advise you to practice it

At the end of this episode, review your business lifestyle, evaluate your closing ratios, and know how many people you have to talk to for you to create a client. Have a better understanding of what your business game plan is.

    Must-listen Moments:

[02:54] Understanding your CORE. What does your company stand for and what do you stand for, and why is that critical for somebody to know when they're thinking about working with you? I think looking at the core of your business is a significant place to start.

[07:14]The utility parts of my business coaching and my profit coaching are looking at a way to create enough capacity in my mind to focus on how to make more money. I automate some of the tasks in my business to redirect my focus to the essential parts of it.

[09:15] You have to learn as a business owner to be a salesperson. You have to be the best damn salesperson for your business; you are the sales behind your business.

  • Perfectionism is an illusion

Trust me, it is! It hinders you from progressing and it self sabotages you. Some of us are tired of ruminating over the same issues and tasks and attempting to perfect them. You stumble around and go in circles, making you fearful of taking the next move. As an entrepreneur, I believe you must recognize and be aware of this poor habit to reach your business objectives.

Perfectionism causes you to overthink things, and spending more time doing so paralyzes your business, which is harmful. Another is that perfectionism enslaves you to your ego, leading you to believe that if you don't get it right, it won't work and that you must be perfect for a client to buy.

These are just a few of the many reasons perfectionism is destructive to you and your business. In this episode, I tried to be more relevant by sharing real-life examples of why perfectionism is unhealthy to you and your business and that I give actionable tips on how to manage it.

If we allow ourselves to be open to criticism and judgment, we will receive comments and tips that will help our company thrive. Listen now and try to ask yourself questions that will help you succeed. Reevaluate your business habits now!

    Must-listen Moments:

[01:41] perfectionism often shows up as things like indecision. Full stops taking absolutely no action, overthinking things. Right? And getting all wrapped up in your own ego. [08:45] Indecisiveness is a common symptom of perfectionism. Stopping in your tracks, taking no action, overthinking things—all of these are signs that you've been engrossed with your ego. Perfectionism has its drawbacks.

[11:41] The misconception of believing that if we don't get it perfect, it will never work.

  • Invest to Grow

“I have had an eye-opening, life-changing understanding of myself, which comes directly through investing in myself with coaches.“

What is your business's first investment? My first business investment was in a group course to strengthen my coaching skills and money coaching practice, which I now share with you.

That investment is significant and all the subsequent investments after since it has far-reaching benefits beyond my company. My relationships have changed, it has an impact on my ability to be a great mom. Coaching has had a massive effect on all of my personal connections, including those with friends and family. That is indeed crucial to me, and I wouldn't have been able to achieve it if I hadn't invested in coaching.

There will always be a method to invest in your company's growth. It is crucial to your success, and I strongly advise you to find a coach with whom you feel comfortable having a dialogue and being vulnerable.

You'll hear about my business journey and how coaching transformed my life inside this episode. If you're just getting started and need to make your first investment, I'll show you where to put your money to help your business expand faster, improve your confidence, and increase your certainty in the marketplace. If you are scaling your business beyond the success you have had thus far - this one's for you!

    Must-listen Moments:

[04:41] The first investment I made in my business was I took a group course on building my money coaching practice and why it was THE BEST investment I made [18:12] I have invested over $$$$ in just developing my brain and my ability to coach better and understand how to be a business owner. My development of all of the pieces that I feel like has created my success.

[12:43] Things that I have gotten out of coaching: There's now someone who can help me redirect when I get a little squirrely, when I get a little distracted, when I get a little defeated when it doesn't work the way I want. My coach is always there to pick me back up, dust me off, send me on my way, and then try and do it myself.

  • Loose the Mom/Work Chaos

Kids + School + Business + Chores and Mom Duties, isn’t crazy? I know it’s too much but I am here to lay down steps to handle it gracefully and smoothly.

As a mom, if we succeed in life and business, it will have a ripple effect on our surroundings, meaning our kids, family, partners, and friends. But the journey towards success isn’t easy, especially with us moms. So the first thing I suggest that we all do in starting this incredible journey is to be kind to ourselves and make a plan. After all, we are all building businesses to create lives.

In this episode, I have shared ten steps to make a difference in your business and life. Points can help you manage the overwhelm and systemize your day-to-day operation as a mom and as a boss of your business. Map out your calendar, be flexible, and know your rhythm. Remember that you are all doing these things for your future self, and remember that your kids want to see you happy.

    In this episode, listen for:

    • Ten actionable and easy steps to make a big difference for your business and life to help you juggle your everyday chaos as a mom and a business owner.
    • Find your rhythm and define the best time to do your duties. Find out the best spots to work and utilize those spaces to help you free up your to-do list.
    • Learn how to draw boundaries but still give allowance for the unknowns and surprise challenges.

    Must-listen Moments:

[08:05] Sometimes we forget that we have lots of little places in our lives where we could get some work done. Find out how to use your idle time and turn it into a meaningful one.

[10:32] To keep everything in balance, you need to understand your rhythm and find the right strategy for your work and life. To help me get through the day, I use the Pomodoro technique a lot.

[19:18] Let go of the mom's guilt. We don't have to feel guilty because we're working in our business to support our families and so aren't able to do everything. Moms can do everything but we are not superhumans and we have limitations.

  • I'm Scared Too

What is the number that you want to achieve? $400,000? Or how about $1,000,000? Let's chat about money and your company's prime goal.

At the end of the day, as a profit coach, my purpose is to assist you in making even more money within your business and accomplishing an important goal. I'd want to talk about it and unbuckle that big picture without throwing any judgment. Make it big! The bigger the better, together we will devise a plan to make it happen. I'll walk with you through the process, highs and lows, and then together we'll break down the processes that will take us to your desired number.

You'll learn inside this episode that the best coach out there should have gone through the ups and downs of business and that you can trust her because she walks the walk. Know about the importance of having a coach beside you who will sketch out your route to success. And the most important part, find a coach who will discover those barriers that you believe will limit your progress while accomplishing your first six-figure revenue for your business.

    In this episode, listen for:

    • Spend time working through your big goal. Ask how do you create a 400,000 dollar business or fill in the blank for whatever number is for you?
    • As a coach, we are all in this together. You're building something; it's hard. You're growing to six figures; that's hard. That's why you need someone beside you, like me, a coach, to be by your side.
    • I want that trajectory of my business to be like a hockey stick. It's flat along the bottom, so there's a bit of a growth stage and then a sharp peak of growth.

    Must-listen Moments:

[02:37] I want you to look at that and think for a second. Do you want that $ 1,000,000 ? What are your bigger goals, and what do you think are those roadblocks for achieving those digits?

[05:12] Most coaches know that the struggle is real! Trust me; I have been there. That’s why I can confidently pinpoint where in your business you might be struggling and how that could be alleviated.

[11:00] Setting up your expectations and learning about the trajectory of your journey. So we just need to embrace that instead of pushing against it. It makes the journey a little bit easier.

  • Why 24/7 is not profitable

Is it necessary for you to be the person who does everything? No, I don't believe so.

Every entrepreneur aspires to start a business because they want to make more money and have more spare time, or at the absolute least, more control over their schedule. The majority of entrepreneurs have managed to work longer hours, earn less money, and clearly have not completed those two jobs when they first started their company.

In this episode, I'll explain why delegation is so necessary, and I'll guide you through some of the questions you should ask yourself before delegating because it'll help you expand your business smoothly.

Aside from the significant advantages of delegation, such as freeing up time and removing things from your plate, delegating moulds you to have that crucial mindset of leadership as an entrepreneur. Because there's a big difference between being good at your work and being the boss.

Once you've listened, take some time to evaluate what else is available to help you solve your concerns, and then make a decision.

    In this episode, listen for:

    • Examine your own well-being and head space as a business owner. Are you exhausted? Do you feel like you're working too much but not getting paid enough?
    • Duties that are profitable and that you believe are important vs. tasks that can be handled by someone else.
    • If you've reached the point in your business when you need to hire because you're in a panic mode due to overwhelming tasks.

    Must-listen Moments:

[03:57] Don't put off outsourcing, delegating employment decisions till the last minute to avoid ambiguous, unpleasant, and painful situations.

[05:16] Delegating is one step away from being that great leader and boss!

[06:50] Make a list of the things you do in a day, a week, and a month. Determine the task for which you require assistance. Stick to the things you enjoy and delegate the tasks that you no longer find satisfying.

  • Keep Your Eyes On Your Own Paper

Remember when you were told not to peek at someone else’s paper in grade school? Well, it goes hand in hand with your business too! You’ll never learn or grow into your own, ultimate version of success if you keep doing what everyone else is doing. You already have this innate brilliance within you; all you have to do is let it shine.

Others want to hire you for who you are; quit pretending to be someone else. Often, people become sidetracked by doing “research” and browsing through a competitor’s IG or signing up for their masterclass, but this behavior destroys your own creativity and makes you think you should be doing what they are doing. You’re peering over at their paper, attempting to identify their “hack” to success, but it’s only distracting you from your own goals. Dive deep into your identity and choose what’s best for your business and do what’s in alignment with your lifestyle goals.

I’d like to help you move past any sense of guilt you’re experiencing and provide a means to evaluate how you may improve your business going forward. Others don’t hire you because of the product or service you provide; rather, they choose you because they have faith in you as a person and feel you can assist them in achieving their goals or addressing their problems.

Self-trust, self-belief, and a willingness to let go of the need to be like everyone else are all necessary for professional success. Be your unique self and you’ll attract the perfect clients to your business.

    In this episode, listen for:

    • Peeking at someone else's business is never the solution to creating success for yourself
    • Building relationships and bonding with clients goes beyond providing a product or service
    • Standing firmly in your true self

    Must-listen Moments:

[4:44] Looking at other businesses can easily (in your own mind) devalue your expertise as well as your self-worth

[6:34] Recall the episode “Design your Life”. It’s time to design the business you wantthat supports the lifestyle you’ve been dreaming of.

[7:57] To grow your business, you need to dive intimately into what you want

  • Important Tax Shit

Taxes are an unavoidable aspect of being a business owner. You may believe that paying taxes is an annoying inconvenience that you’d rather avoid, but please understand that proper preparation for them is a critical step in building a successful, profitable business.

This isn’t a dull conversation about taxes (which is not my area of expertise). Instead, I’m here as your business coach, assisting you with managing the money aspect of your business, which includes taxes.

Entrepreneurs get stuck in the hamster wheel of moving money around to pay for this or cover that. Not only does that cause stress, but it wastes time. As your business continues to grow, it becomes even more imperative that you establish a practice of setting aside money for taxes with every client payment you receive.

You’ve built a business that has generated income from its operations to put you in a position of having to deal with taxation, which is an honor, and something you should be proud of yourself for having accomplished.

    In this episode, listen for:

    • Conversations concerning money and taxes is critical
    • Celebrate the fact you have a tax bill because that means you’ve generated income
    • I recommend 25-30% of your intake be set aside, but you should consult a professional to determine what is in your best interest and adjust based on where you live.

    Must-listen Moments:

[7:15] My mission is to encourage women to step forward and embrace their ability to make money

[8:55] An accountant or bookkeeper can offer you ways to pay less taxes

[10:07] The best way to prevent stress is to put money aside every time you get paid

  • Ditch The Money Myths

Money appears to make most, if not all, people uncomfortable, but consider this: As a business owner, money is a topic that requires your attention to be successful. Setting big goals and believing in your ability to achieve them will help you succeed. You’ve already taken the steps to become a business owner, so what’s holding you back from reaching your larger financial ambitions?

In this episode, you’ll hear about three myths business owners generally believe around generating a profit and how you can overcome those obstacles and achieve your goals.

Sales do not have to be difficult; you have to dive deep into WHY you are doing what you are doing. Do you believe in your service or product? Do you believe it will help people? Do you believe in your ability to deliver?

When you’re talking to a potential client, focus on establishing a genuine relationship and connection with the other person. Openly share your enthusiasm and show your dedication. When you create value in the relationship, it’s your connection that generates the sale.

You’ve heard not to judge a book by its cover, right? Same with clients. Quit judging whether someone can afford you. Stay out of their pockets and leave that decision to them.

You’re not here to sell only what others can afford. You’re here to serve and sell at your highest level possible, providing clients the best results possible.

Next, you don’t require additional training to be excellent in serving your clients. Believe in yourself and know your offer is the best fit for individuals who want to buy from you, and it will produce the best results.

    In this episode, listen for:

    • A lack of education should not create doubt, because you have the power to learn and improve every day.
    • Every sale starts with a conversation.
    • Why you don’t need a new target audience who “can afford” your rate.

    Must-listen Moments:

[9:11] Individuals buy based on emotion and based on the results they desire. They ARE willing to buy.

[13:25] The misconceptions you hold about money that prevent you from accomplishing your goals. What will happen if you change your mind and actually believe in what you’re doing?

[14:36] I am a firm believer in the idea that you must spend money to make money, but why is that?
