uncover the truth, leave the cult, and begin healing my mind, body, and spirit.

Here are my experiences, past and present, and how I hope to use them to build the future me. We will discuss everything from physical health, to mental well-being, and spiritual discovery. I’ll share with you the steps I took to discover my true inner self and how trauma affected my physical body.
