In Episode 25, Grace and Sofia interview Aaron Jannetti from Knife Control Concepts. Aaron is an instructor in Columbus, Ohio where he instructs strength and conditioning, BJJ, Krav Maga/Hybrid Defense, Heavy bag classes, and Kickboxing. Aaron began his journey by teaching Krav Maga and then found a passion for grounded defense, firearms training, and edged-weapons training. Much of Aaron's work has been influenced by Craig Douglas with Shivworks. Aaron currently travels across the states to teach Knife Control Concepts and shares his knowledge on the topic, along with other self-defense topics.
