This week I am joined with freelance designer Annie where we chat all about societal pressures, trusting yourself, listening to that calling and those desires that are on your heart and breaking free from the noise of society and our conditioning.

I don't regret my university experience and it was an incredible stepping stone for me and allowed me to experience SO many amazing opportunities, and if that is something you want to do and need to do to follow your own calling and dreams, I LOVE that for you but there are too many of us out there that feel pressured into doing what society thinks you should do to be 'successful'.

- breaking free from societal conditioning and programming

- the lack of support to those that don't want to go to university

- how we don't have time to find our passions and the process of jumping into our future is too much of a rush leading to unfulfillment and unhappiness

We’ve all experienced some form of childhood traumas that have established our current limiting belief systems. We’ve all created stories, beliefs, and meanings behind everything because of our traumas, wounds, and conditioning.

Shadow work is all about shining a light on the parts of us we keep hidden, suppressed and don’t want to feel into because of the pain, and hurt it makes us feel.
