Well shit…healing is for sure Hard. This break up is proving that to me. This past weekend was rough for me, it’s the small reminders that hurt the most :/ Healing is not linear, I’ve been so up and down lately. We’re going over feeling your feelings, it’s okay to hurt, and it’s okay to cry!! I’ve been up to a little self sabotage too lately…not to worry we’ll go over that as well. I will never love like this again, and I think there is some comfort in that. In knowing that this is the low, next comes the high. If you’re struggling with healing from something right now, I am right there with ya… and this Shit is extra Hard :(
Ahh discipline, the ultimate guilt word in all avenues of success. I hate it and I love it tbh. How do you remain disciplined? Let’s talk about it! From being my own boss to working out, disciplines shows up in my life everyday. We’re going over my tips n tricks on habit forming, my write-it-down rule, and OF COURSE giving credit where it’s due ;) because you’re doing amazing sweetie <3
Identity is something I’ve always struggled with. Between career, fashion, music, and just a general understanding of myself - I’ve always been a little lost. We’re going over closing/opening chapters of your life, the current version of yourself, and regrets of your past self! What the fuck does identity even mean anyways? Let’s talk about it!!
Ahh yes, love IS hard. Fair warning, this is a very depressive episode. We’re going to go over mistakes I made in my last relationship, reflecting on the last 2 months, and my relationship faults/fears. Oh to be young and in love <3 I have some strong feelings about love lately, and they’re fairly cynical. I know it will not be like this forever, but this love shit really is hard, so let’s talk about it : )
Alright so this one is a given.. Being a women is hard as fuq, especially in a male-dominated space. We are diving in on controversy around women’s gym attire, jealous in comparison to other women, and self-talk. I address the whole, “Is she dressed slutty or does she just have a dump trunk?” issue and catching yourself when you’re judging another girl for her outfit. We are not perfect, but we are workin’ on it fur sureeeeee
I feel like I’ve been a worse person since the break up… what happened to my morals?? Being a better partner (and one day, spouse) always motivated me to work on myself, whether that’s communication, honesty, or priorities. Now that I’ve lost him, do I not have ANY motivation to be good?! Let’s explore this… and let’s talk about friends who call you out on your Shit. The people in your circle are either making you better or worse, THERE IS NO IN BETWEEN!! Are you actively working on yourself? If so, what motivates you to be a good person? Is it external or internal? So many thoughts/questions and so little answers :/ Let me know what you’re thinkin, this shit is kinda hard
Today we are talking about family - family dynamics, jealousy, and my unpopular opinion on family … This one is a little more personal, I’m sharing some of my own family relations and how I grew to be so independent. If you’re struggling with family stuff lately you are most certainly not the only one. Let’s focus on what we do have control of and how we get through. After all is said and done - nobody has got you the way that you got you. But for sure - family shit is hard, let’s talk about it!!
