Encouraging feedback from customers, both good and bad feedback, is actually ALL good! We are in the unique position with our customers being small brands that we can validate our customer’s feedback and experience – far more than big brands! You don’t need to implement everything your customers suggest – but understanding that your success and your customer’s successful shopping experience are intertwined and relay on each other is a great mindset to cultivate.

Black Friday Sale period – my revenue increased by over 400% on 2022! I had to pivot and change and problem-solve as November went along, just like we all do everyday in our business.
