This last weekend I attended my kids' graduation. Watching these students start the next phase of life really got me thinking about new beginnings. They don't always have to be at the beginning of life or the beginning of adulthood. New beginnings can just be when you are doing something new!
In this episode I talk about confidence, which many of us lack at certain times, some of us all the time. It is a skill that can be practiced, refreshed and built upon.
I also talk about the difference between starting over and changing direction.
One sounds like you are in trouble or failed while the other sounds like you have made an exciting choice for your life. I know which one I would choose!
