Recent data from the Office for National Statistics suggests drug related deaths in England and Wales are at the highest rate since records began in 1993, and have increased year on year since 2013. IEA Communications and Marketing Assistant, Kieran Neild-Ali, was joined by Christopher Snowdon, Head of Lifestyle Economics at the IEA, to discuss the legalisation of cannabis.
