Stop moaning about Instagram, and start embracing it...
Season 7, Episode 68: Show Up and Be Heard
Today’s episode of the podcast is a solo episode all about reframing how we think about social media - especially when it feels annoying, overwhelming, or downright exhausting.
I’m diving into the common moans we all have about “the algorithm,” low reach, constant changes, and social media feeling heavier than it used to.
And I’m walking you through a kinder, more empowering way to look at the platforms so you can use them in a way that genuinely supports your business without draining you.
This episode is here to help you shift your mindset, simplify how you show up, and remember just how powerful these free tools really are when you use them your way.
If you enjoyed this episode or found it useful, then I would really appreciate if you could take just a few minutes to give it a review on whatever platform you are listening on - because every one I get really does make me do a little squeal and a happy dance!

ABOUT ERIN:
In 2016, Erin was working in education and had just celebrated her 40th birthday when she twinged her back. Fast forward four years, and after three back surgeries, countless painful days stuck on the sofa, and years of yo-yoing through medications that left her foggy and out of it, Erin was officially declared disabled. She was left dealing with foot drop, nerve damage, and chronic pain.
But Erin is nothing if not determined (or stubborn, depending on who you ask!). Refusing to let her circumstances define her, she rebuilt her life on her own terms. She started a business that worked with her new reality, giving herself purpose and focus again. Today, Erin has built a strong brand and social media presence, and she runs a thriving virtual assistant business. She now helps solopreneurs, freelancers, and small business owners achieve their goals while showing what true resilience looks like.
