Angie also opens up about her relationship and the struggles of long distance while her husband works overseas and she galivants around the globe running sold out Sisterhood of Surf retreats. 

We talk about how those retreats run, what is surf apnoea, and the beauty of getting out of your comfort zone and into the ocean. I also share my experiences from the Retreat I just got back from in Bali (you don’t want to miss the story about the hot Russian Sauna man trust me!)
