Such a beautiful sunny hot day hanging out by the water with my girls. Crystals , river, chakra reading n some advice. Expression n Healing through Dance - flow , circular movements n tuning in to the rhythm of the beat. Like Nature. I’m more attuned within to trust n let my body guide me - June 29 podcast;) ❤️🎙

June 27. I have been doing some meditations and It’s bringing up some memories from the past - like water being in the pool as a kid. Teleported back to 15 years ... all the time vanished! I was quite the loner as a kid, and now ... still is. I’m undiplomatic and unapologetic about being nice to people whom I show no interest in. I’m not rude. Just authentic. Some things never change. Can’t be poker faced.

June 20. 2021 I get this déjà vu of knowing my past lives , whatever it is my realization is Love is a powerful purpose for LIFE. Drop vengeance, hatred n dark energy- live to Love! Let’s dance - We are One Inseparable Union! ❤️ Kay
