We met Neelu when my daughter was 3 . She is Balinese with a British dad. This girl is a Nature Child with bare feet n hair in the wind - climbing rocks, eating fire and swims like a fish! Never met another child more captivating n exceptional like her. Hope she’s well n still connected to Mother Earth. Love! Kay

When you have thoughtful actions to give attention - focused attention to what you want - one day those seeds of intention will blossom to reality. From intention (intangible) to reality (tangible). However you cannot push a magic button and accelerate the process just coz your ego wants it NOW. It doesn’t work that way. All conditions must be met from both the seed and gardener and many conditions are “beyond” the gardeners best intentions. 8 June - today is a day for The Sun ☀️ dancing to celebrate the sun, such a mighty bright orb in the sky. I love gazing at its brilliance. Somehow I feel very connected to Mother Earth and my physical body today and I feel so much life flowing through dance - taking my time to sway with the trees - being grace, being in the moment. Dance is truely a beautiful form of worship - one feels so connected and rooted in the NOW. In flow n music n motion. Nothing - no hindrances - no banal thoughts. Seize the moment!!! Hugs, Kay

Time spent in the SUN ☀️ with my 3 kids - is Gold. Daughter 1: “There are only 80 odd summers in one’s lifetime (depending on your longevity) so we should either we 1. Enjoy each precious summer & or 2. Move to Florida!” Son 3: His invented swear word for his uncooperative poop 💩 makes my sides split lol Son 2: Imitating a girl making exaggerated skipping hip movements and Me: inventing an imaginary kissy pool bar (instead of a poolside bar, we have a kissy bar where mama gets kissies from reluctant boys).... precious summer memories ❤️ Kay

6 June 2021 - I am grateful to my mom for imparting some important life lessons which I talk about. 1. Survival first - Manners second. Dont fear others and don’t be bullied. Stand up for your rights 2. Treat each person on their own terms, see each persons humanity, for who they are and not their race, status etc. 3. Generosity the giver is 10x happier than being the receiver, 4. Be high frequency you attract the person who mirrors your values n 5. As a woman be financially independent 6. I can’t sleep. So many thoughts. Making a diary of today 30 May. Pardon my voice I’m keeping down the tone & my sniffles from the allergies.... I’m noting down precious moments of today. Where I see my children, my daughter n I spending some short but close moments together. She’s grounded. She’s a teenager & I gotta let her live, give her space ... Liberal views & being open minded is a beautiful value ...enjoy each moment with your loved ones. Hugs! Kay
