  • Eskimos & Arctic: My Dad’s childhood fantasy
My dad told me a really funny nostalgic story growing up in 1950s Burma in a poor rural village. Where words like Artic, Antarctic and the Eskimo people made his childhood imagination run wild. Today - at 78 years he has a lifelong fascination for the Canadian Railway, Snowy Mountains, Alaska and the Snowy Wilderness of the Northern Lands. Love you Dad!!! He’s the cute boy on the far right, Kay

  • Sequel to my Hair Story - 4 months latee
Back in Jan 2021, I made a podcast of my Hair story to heal my inner child work to repair the “damage” that was marked by my mom’s rejection of her feminine divine and hence deprivation of my own as an unconscious result. So I realized the state of my hair (weak, thinning) is a result of many years of neglecting /denying my femininity. So I practiced some daily beauty habits and affirmations and I’m happy that 4 months later I really see a visible difference. My hair looks happier shinier and I feel the radiance that comes from allowing - embracing- embodying the graceful, playful, sexy, naughty girly self in me. To be more authentic to my true self & not to hide anymore behind the shadows of my mom’s complexes. As strange as it might sound / at 44 years, I’m cutting the umbilical cord with my mom to rediscover ME! Love, Kay

  • Tibetan Buddhist Practices to help a Loved one who has passed on.
This is a chapter I read to a friend from the Tibetan Book of the Living and Dying - by Sogyal Rinponche. There are currently so much pain associated with dealing with a loved one who passed on due to COVID without being able to see visit or say our last goodbyes. This Phowa practice is highly recommended for 7 weeks or 49 days immediately after someone has died to help the Soul to cross over to the other side - and be reincarnated into a good realm. The prayers can be received if the Heart is sincere. I practiced this when my Dog passed away as well and helped me to grieve for her loss. Hugs, Kay
