Being Confident and Assured of yourself is so important. If you don’t SEE yourself, RECOGNIZE yourself and strengths in yourself then .... who will? We can’t hope for others to see us. We need the take matters back in our own hands. Lots of Love, Kay

When I look back and when I over-engineer or design or plan - inevitably I either miss the point or just simply get ahead of myself.

Especially when you’re still early in the beginning at the drawing board.

I recommend to keep it simple and high level - get everyone onboard and be clear in your mind what are the quintessential key points?

Over engineering happens for a couple of reasons but it’s mostly internal driven out of ... a lack of trust and over “inward-focused” mindset rather than “open collaboration-customer focused attitude”.

In this monologue with myself I’m coming to terms of letting go of “hero worshipping” others - aka putting people on a pedestal like wow superhuman greatness. Because in fact by doing this 1) I fail to see others are only human and err to fall short of my expectations leading to disappointment and more severely 2) I subjugate myself by putting myself down or beneath. Today somehow I’m really inspired with messages! It also happens to be the warmest day of the year to date - 7 degrees with the Sun shining!!! So Muffin & I are Sun worshipping here!!! Namaste! Kay

I wrote this on 3rd March 2020 and funny enough made it into a podcast a year later on 10th March. Everything is Mysterious and Time and matter are mysterious. So I am strangely fascinated by Quantum Mechanics though I have no clue behind the Maths but I just love the idea of blowing my mind and removing the limitations of preconceived notions!!
