みなさんこんにちは今晩わおはようございます。カナダではちなみにエアコンの事をACと呼びます。来た当初はACがある家の方が少なかったんですけど最近は後付けも含めよく見かけるようになりました。じゃあカナダでは何を使っているのかと言うとセントラルヒーティング暖房のみで冷房はなかったんですよ。というか私は今でも無くて良いと思いますがw。日本人がカナダの夏に来たら絶対エアコンいらないって言うと思う。

Did you know an AC acts as a heater in Japan and a lot of Asian countries? It is a standard appliance just like a washer and fridge. I am explaining the North American central heating system and why it developed to be so common in NA. Also, there was a little VERY Canadian incident that happened to me last week and I am sharing it on this episode.

みなさんこんにちは今晩わおはようございます。今回はリクエスト回という事で私の個人的に効果があった英語学習の続け方を紹介しています。言語学習って本当に続かなくないですか？でも不思議と好きなゲームは１０時間でもあっという間ですよね？人間って不思議ですよね。

This episode is for anyone who is studying a foreign language. It is very tough to continuously study a new language, but when it comes to something you love, hours can pass by without even knowing. Human beings are very interestingly made.

みなさんは個人情報を勝手に使われて知らないうちにいろんな銀行のクレジットカードをもっていたなんて事はありましたか？私はあったんです。。もうねホラーですよ。w郵便物本当に大事に盗まれないようにした方が良いです。

I have been a victim of Identity theft. I have never thought I would use this sentence in my life. Please use a locked mailbox if you can. It is so easy to steal your identity and misuse it. This could happen to anyone, don't ever think it would never happen to you cuz it will. Hopefully you will learn something from my experience.

目指せ不労所得！年金はカナダでも日本でもそこまで頼れない事が判明しました😂アラサーになったので老後の貯蓄に興味が出てきましたのでカナダの年金について紹介しようと思います。やはり貯蓄や不労所得がないとなかなかきつい感じがします😭これからも頑張ります！

みなさんこんにちは今晩はおはようございます。今週はちょっといやーな事件をご紹介。ギャングの抗争にたまたま居合わせてしまったがために無残にも殺されてしまった2人の一般市民。悲しい事件ではありますが、少しカナダの治安にも関することなのでピックアップしてみました。カナダは安全な国ではありますが、ギャングがいるのもまた事実。

 Hi guys, yes I am talking about THAT Surrey Six Murder. This horrible incident caught my attention when I heard about Jamie Bacons' 18yeasts sentence last week. It is just too sad how two innocent people who were brutally murdered just because at the wrong place at the wrong time. I decided to share this sad story to warn people that this could happen even in a peaceful country like Canada. You have to be aware. Be safe guys.

Hi Guys, today's episode is all bout my homestay experience. I have stayed at 4 different homes in total and I talk about all the goods and bads about them. At the end of the day, it is up to you to make the experience good or bad. My experience was not the best nor the worst, I think lol...

今回は私が家を買った時の経緯を語ってみました。日本と少し違うところもあって面白いかも？しれません。それと同時に起こったハプニングも。wカナダの不動産の値上がりのしかた。不動産の違い。新移民用の為の新規ローンなどなど。　そして#35でのエピソードの内容の訂正。

I am a house owner! haha lol I have never thought I would be able to own a house in Canada but here I am moving soon to a new house. I seriously can not believe that I could borrow up to 1 million dollars just because I am a new immigrant. lol It is crazy. lol

皆さんこんにちは。今回は違う文化には違う美しさの価値観があること。どうして「顔がちいさいね」がカナダで侮辱となりえるのかの話をしてみました。留学生の誰しもがぶち当たる壁。皆さんはどう思いますか？

Have you heard a Japanese person saying "You have a small face! " as if they are complimenting you? They are trying to compliment you. In this episode, I am diving into the different beauty standards between Japan and North America, to teach Japanese people why in fact "You have a small face" is NOT a compliment in North America. Also, if you listen to this episode you may understand why we say this as a compliment.
