Thanks the the hard work, organizing, and activism of people like Fred Wellman, Kristofer Goldsmith, The Ken Harbaugh Show, and so many others made a dam in the river and stopped a flood of VA providers from being forced out. This is a small win in the long run, but a big win for now. It energizes us and gives us hope for the next. A small win leads to sustained wins, sustained wins lead to big wins, big wins lead to progress, and progress leads to huge wins. We’re at step 1 and this is a whimsical call to get us going to steps 2, 3, and more.

Thanks for a great conversation and hopefully a useful bit of wisdom. Do not lose your empathy, for that is a basis of our humanity. This effort to control and destroy is an effort to remove empathy from the equation. It’s to make the perfect, unfeeling automatons needed for the society envisioned by Peter Thiel, JD Vance, Elon Musk, and so many others.
