It's the final episode of Tom's contract with the Side of Guac Podcast as he will enter the free agency of the podcast world after this episode. Before he's done the boys rip into yet another controversial yet historical eppy. Tom shares his secret loophole on how he was able to get 7 free Chipotle Burritos and how he plans to eat all 7 in 5 days! Beef has been getting some very interesting targeted ads on Instagram and is curious as to why he's on the list. Next, the boys dive into some funny TikTok and Instagram videos as they watch the chocolate croissant situation, a guy falling off his bike, and a bird getting hit with a golf ball with a crazy surprise at the end. Tom shares his favorite Reddit subchannels about broken bones and John Cena. It's all wrapped up with a snake draft of "Best parts of staying in a hotel" and the segment, "Tough pills to swallow".

A few news articles spark Tom's interest by showing a little cheek and a sinking boat full of Lamborghinis. Would you rather die sinking on a pontoon boat or choking on water? Take-Two! After a recording issue from the previous night, the boys are back at it again to re-record Episode 40. Flashback to last week, Tom and Beef discuss some updates they've received over a few topics from the last episode such as Hank the Tank, Are you culturally ignorant, Russia-Ukraine conflict and Putin, and Go Carts on Ice. Then Beef goes into the most elaborate, yet absolutely ridiculous, airport story anyone has ever heard while Tom is concerned about some upcoming travel with his friend Doug. The famous Hank the Tank makes his first appearance on the Side of Guac Podcast today as Tom and Beef discuss ways to lure him out of the city/homes and back into the forest. Shortly after the boys start a heated argument of whether or not Jersey Mikes is a fast food restaurant or not. Do you agree? What's the big deal with events on ice? And what's the next hot idea to happen on ice? The boys each make a Shark Tank pitch for some new ideas and discuss their favorite tech items. Then the episode wraps up with a tasty snake draft of the best Girl Scout Cookies!

There is a worldwide crisis that is affecting the Side of Guac boys... the ban of Mexican avocados in the US. The future of the pod is in danger, but Tom and Beef discuss some alternate names that could save them in the end. After a great week of sports, the guys go over what they thought of the Super Bowl performances, both players and entertainers. Are we going to get sued by the NFL for typing out "SuperBowl" just now? Probably, but it's already in the title, so what are you gonna do...
