After a long-struggling week for Tom and Beef, they finally are able to hit the record button. Tom gives an update on his apartment hunt after his landlord raised his rent, while Beef's famous Spotify playlist is finally safe? Maybe? 

Another round of news stories hit the episode about dinosaurs having belly buttons, Winnie the Pooh horror movie, and a groundhog that barely squeaks by some F1 racers. Tom quizzes Beef on some historical dates and Beef asks some questions that will get you thinking! Josh and Kyle and kind enough to deal with Tom and Beef's dumb questions and teach them a few new things about Australia. While trying to find some common ground, the guys discuss the differences in cities, food, and sports in their home countries.  Tom and Beef learn some Aussi lingo that may help them fit in with The Listeners, and Beef even tries some famous Australian snacks live! We actually made it!!! One year of Guac! Thanks for tuning into this special Anniversary Episode of Side of Guac. Whether you’ve been here since the beginning or jumped on board just recently, we’re happy to celebrate this special milestone with you… 
Today, Tom and beef are POPPING OFF! The boys dapper up and take a look back at the great year we’ve had. They touch base on some of the incredible stats achieved by the podcast, before ripping into a quick game of Real or Fake, and everyone’s favorite, Sarah Sparpino. Although a relatively new aspect of the pod, the Snake Draft remains to close out the episode. In this special edition, the Snake Draft takes the guys, and you, on a trip down memory lane to visit some of the best moments in the last year.

Episode 51 starts off hot with a throwback to the good old days... when Kanye was allowed to just walk on stage and say whatever is on his mind. And after all this time, let's just admit it. We were all thinking it, he just said it. As Tom and Beef roll up on one year of podcasting, they make sure to do what any experienced podcast hosts would do... get their new ideas from the internet. 

The guys run through a couple of "Would You Rather" questions, before jumping into some personality quizzes to determine the future of SoG. As you would expect, it doesn't look great... Tom and Beef premier a questionable new segment "Ice on the Wound" before jumping into another snake draft, "Best Brands of Bottled Water".

Side of Guac has officially crossed the half-century mark with Episode 50. In the grand scheme of things, it really isn't as exciting as Episode 52, but it's still pretty neat...

It was an exciting week for Tom and Beef as they finally got some recognition on social media. Why? Because of the stupid questions, they ask of course! So to all the new listeners, hang on tight, because this roller coaster of a show is all over the place. This episode has no shortage of brain fart moments either, as the guys look into the difference between Wendy and Little Debbie, Funfetti and Confetti, and onion so big, even Stanley Yelnats would be impressed. 

Lastly, you better get your wallets out as the episode closes with the "Best Things To Buy for Under $5" Snake Draft and a quick reminder that if you drink Desani water, you should go ahead and hit the unsubscribe button.

Beef's last resort... Begging Tom to come back to the Podcast and be his Co-Host and he agrees... with a small stipulation of $100,000 per episode. Tom rips into a 9/10 level of scariness nightmare that even makes Beef get the chills. Then the boys discuss the new flying spiders that hit the US, some lady smacking a cheeseburger in her car and how they plan to try a new challenge of eating a burrito, burger, fries and a sundae all while riding a bike. A Snakedraft makes a return as the guys discuss "Things You Shouldn't Cheap Out On" and wrap the episode up with sincere apologies. 

Welcome back to the Side of Guac Pod! Beef is still looking for replacements to fill Tom's old spot. He's met a couple of prospects on his favorite new app EPodmony, but decided that this episode, he will take a bit of time to put them all to the test. Tom has to guess what is the US Government storing in a giant cave under Springfield, Missouri. We also lay rest to one of the greatest hosts of Who Wants to Be A Millionaire, Regis Philbin, host of Who Wants to Be A Millionaire. Beef feels judged every time he enters a Target or Starbucks while Tom feels like it's the best place for wasting time. Then the boys wrap up the show with yet another snake draft of, "Best Hobbies for People Over the Age of 70".
