I didn't want to leave you hanging for the summer. I just wanted to do a quick life check. For you and for me. I'm hoping to return in the fall, but we'll just have to see what this season brings. I haven't shared much of my private life lately because I wanted to shine light on others who have experienced trauma in some way and have still become successful. They have also found their purpose. It is equally as important for you to find yours, too. I thank you for tuning in this season. I pray you learned something about strength, courage, forgiveness, hope, and love. Feel free to share this with anyone you know who might need some inspiration today. Whatever you choose, just know I support you in your healing journey, where ever that may be, I'm always here if you need help.
Love and hugs!

In this episode I speak with life coach Leann Evans about her experience with narcissistic abuse. We discuss techniques she uses to cope, what she's learned about herself, how she's managed to go no contact with her mother, and how healing herself has had an amazingly, positive impact on her relationship with her children. Narcissism is often talked about in today's society, but it's hardly understood because most narcissists will never get diagnosed with the personality disorder. However, the more we share our experiences, the better we will understand. I hope you learn as much as I did!

Hey yall! Just wanted to give you a little of my spiritual wisdom before my next interview drops. I'm laughing because I don't believe I possess any spiritual wisdom, but I might. Praise God, because I definitely have the Holy Ghost.
In this episode, I talk about how I've come to terms with my sin, how in the world I still remain calm co-parenting with my ex-abuser, and how I cope with the holidays after my family has been torn apart. Literally. Scripture is the only answer for me.

In this episode I have the amazing Amy Butcher, the author of Mothertrucker and Visiting Hours, and award winning essayist. We discuss the release of her latest book, which discusses the uncertainties of intimate partner violence, the resilience of women, and how we are stronger together. Listen up as we honor one of her dear friends and remind women that abuse can occur in different forms. It's also not often visible at surface level.

In this episode I talk with Behavioral Health Therapist from Oregon, Christy Collins, aka Trauma Queen Christy, about how life can be interesting yet difficult. I know everything happens for a reason, but your childhood can seriously mold the person you were called to be. We talk about the different kinds of therapy, how trauma can impact each person differently, why everyone needs therapy, and how to use your story to change the lives of others. This is such a great interview. I hope you love our conversation as much as I did!

If you don't follow me on social media, I went on a retreat at the beginning of this month to be with the Lord. I decided to do a 30 day detox upon return. I'm alive and well friends. This season will strictly be for interviews and I'll only be dropping on a monthly basis. ARE YOU READY!!??!?!
I also believe I misspoke, the correct term is missing white woman syndrome not missing person*
