Dominic Parker begins his first season as the Head Men's Basketball Coach at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Eastern New York state after 10 years as an assistant coach at the NCAA Division I, II, III and NJCAA levels, including a run to the NCAA Division III Tournament Quarterfinals last winter at Christopher Newport (Va.) and a National Championship at NJCAA Richard Brand College in 2015.

Scott Winterburn is the Head Baseball Coach at the University of La Verne in the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC). 

After leading his alma Mater, Asuza Pacific, for one year, Scott took over the Leopard program in 2001 and quickly turned it into a national power.

He’s led the Leo’s to 6 SCIAC titles and 8 NCAA National Tournaments in the last 23 years. Most recently, he was named SCIAC Coach of the Year and D3baseball.com Region 10 Coach of the Year in 2023 and 2024.

He’s had 6 players move on to play professionally including Scott Lindeen who was a 26th round pick by the Miami Marlins in 2005 and his All-American son, Joe Winterburn who was drafted in the 40th round by the Boston Red Sox in 2014.

Josh Collins is in his 13th season as the Head Coach of the Southwestern Oklahoma State University volleyball team, while also serving as an Assistant Athletic Director for Gameday Operations.

Collins – who became SWOSU Volleyball’s winningest coach during the 2016 season – enters the 2024 fall campaign with a career record of 183-163 after leading the Bulldogs to a winning record in each of the past six seasons. Most recently, the Dawgs went 19-9 (12-4 GAC) in the 2023 season and finished third place in the Great American Conference.  He was named the Great American Conference Coach of the Year in 2018 and 2021 and was recognized at the OklahomaSports.Net Small College Coach of the Year in 2021.

Spencer Henke was named the Interim head men's basketball coach at Saint Leo University in St. Leo, FL in May of 2024 for the 2024-25 season following four seasons as an assistant coach on Lance Randall's staff from 2020-24.  Randall took the Assistant Men's Basketball Coach position at the University of Wisconsin this summer.

Henke first arrived at Saint Leo as a graduate assistant (2020–21) and helped lead the Lions to a Sunshine State Conference tournament title in 2021. In the summer of 2021, he was promoted to the Head Assistant Coach and Director of Recruiting positions. Henke coordinated individual workouts, weekly recruiting and team schedules, and all team travel. On top of this, Henke played a pivotal role in developing scouting reports. Prior to the 2023-24 season, he was one again promoted to associate head coach.

Haylee Pruse is a 2024 graduate of Kamehameha Schools and Lanakila Volleyball Academy in Maui, Hawaii where she finished her high school career as a First Team Maui Interscholastic League Division 1 All Star.  She was a Varsity Team Captain her Junior and Senior seasons, as well as a Team Captain at Lanakila from 2018-2024.  She's a natural leader and role model!

She is 1 of 4 original Significant Recruiting graduates receiving multiple offers to play collegiately while ultimately choosing to play at Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA where she will major in Environmental Studies.  We had a great conversation about what she learned about college recruiting and herself this past year.   Enjoy!

Jeff Culver is entering his 13th Season as the Head Men's Basketball Coach at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS).  He led the UCCS to its first RMAC Championship in program history.  He's coached the only NBA Draft Pick  and the only All-Americans in program history.  Culver was the only four-year head coach to offer Derrick White (NBA Champion, Olympic Gold Medalist) a scholarship out of high school, and Derrick would become a two-time All-American and the 29th pick by the San Antonio Spurs in the 2017 NBA Draft.

Before UCCS, Culver spent 7 years at Johnson & Wales, where he worked concurrently as the Director of Athletics and Head Men's Basketball Coach.  He led the Wildcasts to three A.I.I. Championships and three appearances in the NAIA Division II National Tournament while earning A.I.I. Coach of the Year three times.

Melissa Bruner has been the Director of Basketball Operations for the Florida State Women's Basketball team (NCAA D1) for 19 years after serving as the Assistant Director of Athletics and Head Women's Basketball Coach at Coe College for 4 years.

In addition to her basketball duties with the program, Bruner wrapped up her 17th season working as the color analyst for the radio broadcast of all FSU women’s basketball games in the 2023-24 season. She is often on FSU’s ACC Network Extra broadcasts alongside various play-by-play commentators.
