Q: I have a history of trauma from my past, but I never realized how much I do today stems from what I’ve been through in the past until I started reading Are You Really OK? What are some sings that I have unprocessed trauma from the past I need to deal with?

Today’s question comes from Ann from Pennsylvania, who wants to know the signs and symptoms that she may have unprocessed trauma in her past that she needs to deal with. In other words, what are some signs you need to DEAL WITH YOUR TRAUMA. 

It’s amazing how many people believe that their “personality” or struggles or the way they do things is just who they are — rather than seeing the impacts from the experiences of their past.

What you do in your PRESENT is often a result of what you experienced in your PAST.
