Welcome to the very first episode of The Silli Puddi Podcast! 🌟
In this debut episode, I (Martine!) share the heart behind the show — a space for honest, curious conversations about self-care, beauty culture, mental health, and the full, unfiltered experience of being human. I talk a bit about my own journey, the idea of progress over perfection, and what I hope this space will become.
This podcast is a work in progress, and so am I. Thank you for being here at the beginning.
In this episode, I talk about:

Why it’s essential to hold space for Black women’s stories
Letting go of perfection and following curiosity
Talking about both serious and playful things
Including a variety of voices and lived experiences
Acknowledging societal context in personal growth
Fostering connection, community, and care
