I have met today's guest during my Holobody Coaching certification with Mindvalley. Her name is Jennifer Gonzalez. She is joining us form Mexico. Jennifer is a single mom of 1 with a passion for travel. She is a multicultural communications strategist and content creator, a mentor by nature, and a storyteller at heart. Currently, she's on a journey to become the healthiest, fittest, happiest version of herself she can be, and to help others do the same.

Her advice for single parents comes down to self care, we got to start taking care of ourselves in order to be able to take care of others. Above all, don’t forget that everything we do and say impacts our kids for better or worse. So be mindful. Work on your own issues and your own happiness, find things that bring you joy and help you grow. That will reflect on your kids, too.
