Helloooo beautiful people! We are officially back for the year 2022
Welcome to our first episode of the season!
(Big ole notice: we actually recorded the first three episodes of this year starting in January, but for many different reasons we are just now releasing them. So please bear with the first few episodes, but we are officially back!)
We are kicking off our season premier with a Skylar-centric episode. The topic is psychology and she got to pick the drink. Therefore, we are enjoying a peach-mango hard cider.
Brittany originally wanted to discuss the psychology and phenomenon behind "why little spoon good" but, this led her down a rabbit hole. So she is actually going to be getting into some subtle signs and things to be aware of for disordered eating, that could eventually turn into an eating disorder. So trigger warning for her section if this would not be something you'd enjoy hearing about.

You can call or text as well
If you are in a cirsis and need help immediately, text "NEDA" to 741741 to be connected with a trained volunteer at Crisis Text Line.
Skylar talks some about abnormal psychology. Abnormal psych is psychological disorders. This includes mental health disorders/mental illness disorders. She takes a very shallow dive into the topic and is much more technical than Brittany's but still, keep the topic in mind if you feel it could trigger you. She uses her notes from high school, as well as just her own knowledge and understanding of psychology.
We are very happy to be back and putting out content for you guys.
We can't promise that we will be any more put together than last year, but we hope you welcome us back and have a good time.!
