Have you ever felt sad, confused, annoyed or angry? Once you felt those emotions you immediately labeled them as what you felt they were. Well so many of us are quick to label emotions that we feel in a temporary moment with permanently labels. We start to create our energy based on what we feel whether it be temporary or not. In this episode, I create a space where it’s important to understand that once you become an observer of your emotions you no longer need to label them permanent labels. Once you allow them to float throughout your body you open up a space to understand what they are to to you.
