Sister Wives' star Janelle Brown has managed to achieve a dream that her ex-husband, Kody Brown, always aspired for. Janelle Brown, who was present when Kody Brown first conceived his Coyote Pass dream, was the only one to actually live on the purchased land. After years of dormancy, Janelle decided to move forward and made the dream her own.
Janelle Brown has now moved to North Carolina, where she bought a farm and is planning to build her own home. She has also started her own business of growing and selling flowers. Maddie Brown, Janelle's daughter, and her family are also planning to build their own home across the street from Janelle, thus creating a family community similar to what Kody Brown had once envisioned.
In a surprising turn of events, the Coyote Pass property was sold for $1.5 million, and the money was equally divided among Kody, Robyn, Janelle, and Meri Brown. Christine Brown was not among those who received a share, as she had swapped her share of the land to Kody and Robyn in exchange for keeping all the money from the sale of her Flagstaff home.
