World Champion Grant Holloway makes his guest appearance on the Sit and Kick Podcast.
Do you want to know the context to these responses? listen now!
Grant " A bag of skittles and a few legos to play with!"
Josh "Maybe I should switch to lane races, seems easier to win a global medal ,don't you think!"
David "I'm all about love on this podcast, give us the details!"
Grant: "You're lookin' like a sloth."
Your hosts, Josh and David, confirmed this episode is one of a kind. Not only is Grant the first World Champion on the podcast, he is also the first sprinter. Giving inside knowledge on technique, mentality and signing a professional contract as an athlete who's race lasts just a few blinks.
Grant Holloway is an American Record Holder, World Champion, Bowerman award winner and Rose Gang Collective co-founder. However I am sure Grant would agree, Grant is most importantly...Grant. Sit back and Kick it with an episode that truly does showcase the personality of one of the best American track athletes of this generation.

What is better than one guest?
TWO GUESTS!
What is better than a little banter?
A LOT OF BANTER!
Your hosts continue their streak of incredible guests by stepping up a notch to this pair of Track and Field Icons. Johnny 'The Jet' Gregorek and Kyle Merber grace the Sit and Kick Podcast with their presence. In an episode that listens like an hour long Banter Bowl, it is a MUST listen for Sit and Kickers.
Kyle Merber deemed the funniest Track athlete on Twitter takes his jokes to the big show, The Sit and Kick Podcast, his quick witted mind caught David in a laugh spell more than once. Johnny, lightly touched on his Blue Jean Mile Word Record and the benefits of working with a small company while simultaneously reminding Josh of his wicked fast mile time (3:49)
Josh, David, Kyle, and Johnny have all agreed that they have remained friends and look forward to obliterating each other in the next race because of hurt feelings. Listen now to one of the best episodes yet.

Dani Jones has an array of qualities that suited her as a guest for the Sit and Kick Podcast. To start, she is fast. Three time NCAA Champion fast. She even won the international mile at the Pre Classic. Secondly, she is a professional on and off the track. She presents herself with purpose and drive to be the best human she can be.
Lastly, and most importantly. She can take and deliver heat. Dani Jones answers the question of Jenny Simpson or Emma Coburn, if women should run 8k for cross country and more.
A fan favorite moment will definitely be where she stabs back at your host Josh Kerr by questioning the origin of the name "Sit and Kick".
This is worth a listen, share and conversation for your next run!
Give us a good review so we can keep bringing you great content!

From University of Missouri-Kansas City to New Mexico to Rio to London and beyond!
Your hosts David Ribich and fellow Lobo Josh Kerr sit and kick back in a casual conversation with their first Olympian, Courtney Frerichs. Courtney is an NCAA record holder, American record holder, Olympian and World Runner-Up in the Steeplechase. Her list of accolades is longer than the chipotle receipt your hosts get after a workout.
Courtney takes your hosts through the honest journey of her athletic experience and the decisions that were made to help cultivate an already astounding young career. Winning her first NCAA title, making the 2016 Olympic team for the United States, signing with Nike-Bowerman and then earning silver on the world stage in London 2017.
The episode closed with a special segment unique to this episode called, "Frerichs Favorites" where Courtney had to choose just one option out of two. Courtney did it as truthful and rapidly as she could.
Some teaser questions were:
World Silver Medal or American Record
Proposal at NCAA Cross Country Championships or Winning NCAA Cross Country Team Title
Joe Franklins (Coach of UNM) Favorite Athlete: Josh Kerr or Courtney Frerichs
