Slam the Gavel welcomes back Monica Griego from New Mexico back to the podcast.  Monica was last on the show January 8, 2022, Season 2, Episode10, Season 3, Episode #2 and Season 3, Episode 32, 142.  She was back on the podcast to  advise the public to stop going into the court in order to end the corruption via CPS. A parent can complete the family services plan, jump through hoops and still not get their child back. With the demands CPS makes on parents, they NEVER meet their expectations and NEVER get their children back.
     Monica is updating that she has gotten her two daughters back for a four month trial home visit. However, Monica does not trust CYFD as she is worried they will again take her children away after this time period. This has been going on for seven years. She also advises not to trust the state of New Mexico with your kid's case. What bothers Monica is that she had been in Foster Care and one of their kids, the evidence was there and it was ignored.
    The Federal Funding is what keeps CPS going and they do nothing but destroy families. No one will understand this UNTIL IT HAPPENS TO THEM.

  Slam the Gavel welcomes Reggie and Tamsen Bowles to the podcast. They were last on the podcast December 2nd, 2022 Season 3, Episode 167. The Bowles family, like many other families in Oklahoma and across the United States, were violated by CPS unlawfully, and had their children stolen. The children were placed in kinship care at the time.
    In the case of the Bowles family however, this has happened twice. CPS is in violation of the law and all morality. What does CPS care about families and their children who are thriving in their own homes? They are basically a rogue, three-letter alphabet soup agency that answers to no one and with no oversight. 
    They have judges and D.A.'s that rubber-stamp anything they are given by CPS and believe everything told to them by inept caseworkers. They have go-to pediatricians that if you give them a child, they'll make sure that you a case. 
     Many people may find this hard to believe, but they can invade your home at any time and steal your children without a warrant as well as deny you of trial by jury.
   Their current judge, Julie Doss, is extorting the family  via an unlawful, void court order. Attorneys are also allowing Tamsen and Reggie to be RAILROADED.  Attorneys are acting as if the only way they can take effective legal action is if the State of Oklahoma commits yet another felony kidnapping under color of law of their spiritual, biological property. 
    This is an extreme violation of human rights on all four family members, especially when the State has no legal leg to stand on. It is unacceptable, and must be immediately stopped in its tracks. 
    We discussed how the Head DA has seen the evidence before when the ADA withheld the ER report on the children. Steven Caswell, DA has the power to shut this case down, as he has this evidence. Tamsen has called several times with radio silence.
   Tamsen and Reggie warn that CPS has a quota to make every month and our children are their ATM. This can happen to anyone and their next court hearing is January 19th, 2023.

     Slam the Gavel welcomes Brenda Daniel to the podcast to talk about the disappearance of her Mother, affectionately known as Poochie.
      Family troubles began in 2004 after the death of Vonnie, Brenda's oldest sister. Brenda's two sisters and their husbands created turmoil within the family upon discovering Vonnie had not left a will. These same four moved Mrs. Daniels unbeknownst to Brenda and her brother Tom in May 2019.
      Poochie was moved into an assisted living facility, her home was quickly made inaccessible and sold under market value.
      By December 2019 Mrs Daniels was held captive inside the facility per her POAs with the support of the facility doctor and management. 
     In March 2020, the facility began an official lockdown due to Covid . That lockdown continued on until May 2021. Covid ravaged the facility as Mrs Daniels remained in isolation there. 14 months of life as a prisoner. Suspicious severe facial injuries occured.  Switchblades, hammers and loose pills were presented to Brenda and Doug during window visits.
      An ADA Advocate, Janice Grenadier has helped Brenda and her husband writing letters to the attorneys, where two of them have withdrawn. While locked in the facility, Brenda has not been allowed to take her mother out.
     As of now Brenda's Mother has been hidden for almost one year, December 23, 2022 will be the one year mark. Brenda's goal is to see her own Mother.

  Slam the Gavel welcomes back Marineka Bowman to the podcast for an update on her case.  Marineka was last on the podcast, Season 3, Episodes 104, 131, 159, 160 and 174. The last time she was on we discussed what took place during an Emergency Ex parte Motion on Monday, December 5th, 2022.
     Marineka was reached via telephonic conference and the opposing attorney Laura Brooks and Judge Natalie Haskins was worried and concerned that Marineka was, "disparaging the court, herself, the father and the child due to being on podcasts and this will affect the child psychologically."
     Marineka is concerned for her daughter and as well she should be. A video recording of her daughter singing to her mother is something everyone should hear.  It almost takes a sinister undertone when her daughter sings, "if I am gone, wherever I will be, God will protect you..."
    Child Psychological Abuse is very prevalent in this case and both the Judge and opposing Counsel are proceeding on to give the Father more time even though he had taken off when the child was two-months old. Is this in the "Best Interest of the Child?"

     Slam the Gavel welcomes Vicci Bailey to the podcast. Vicci came on to the podcast to explain what really happens when you move out and leave your abuser. It turns into a vicious cycle of Family Court Hell. Her son who is autistic was removed from the home by CPS in January 2021 and hasn't been seen since. He has tried to run away and has been returned to the father twice. Her son has also attempted suicide three times while in the father's care.
    Vicci and her sons have been isolated during the 19 year marriage and now after the divorce. The judge lowered Vicci's spousal support to $700.00/per month however, the ex makes well over  $6,000.00/per month. The judge would like to end the spousal support.
     Going through three judges already, Vicci is now with Judge Costillo on the bench who has issued a GAVRON warning, forcing her to go back to work when she is already on worker's comp with nerve damage to her fingers, wrist and elbow. Family Court is violating the worker's comp order and the GAVRON is in violation until the Federal Court releases her.
    Vicci states, "what really happens when you leave and what you are in for and there will be no legal help whatsoever. This is a control issue and the judge does not care." Being a Domestic Violence and PTSD victim, Vicci is wondering why the DA isn't stepping in to transfer this case to CRIMINAL COURT as it is riddled with CSA and fraud and why is Family Court handling it.
   Vicci reiterates when a person wants to leave, "think again, you want to be able to protect your child, the kids are taken away and handed to the abuser and NO ONE IS HELPING HER SON and no one, not even siblings are allowed to contact him since January 2021. The system goes where the money is."

   Slam the Gavel welcomes Cadence Harper, a 34 year-old Mother who grew up in Family Court and unfortunately is still in it. She is the Mother of a wonderful 13 year-old daughter.  She is also an Army Veteran and  Business owner of Farm Fairy, LLC.
    Cadence is also an advocate of a social media platform on Facebook, called: USA Family Court: Class Action Team. We discussed her platform and how she has been wanting Family Court to just do the right thing. Cadence states she does have CPTSD and Attachment issues and has been trying to fix what was done to her as a child. Cadence is a child that was used as a pawn for her mother against her own father.
    However, her own Mother became involved while Cadence and her ex had been co-parenting beautifully and inserted herself between Cadence and her daughter via Family Court. The issue is that the court has no jurisdiction over her case and her own Mother used the SAME GAL for Cadence as she is using for Cadence's own daughter for the last 20 years. There will be a three hour trial on 2/7/2022.
    Cadence discussed IIED and what that entails as well as interference of Parental Rights. There will be a follow up podcast.

    Slam the Gavel welcomes Author Toby Strebe to the podcast. He was last on the podcast Season 3, Episode 139. Toby authored the book, "Striking Down The Home, The Propaganda of Family Court and Child Support Mechanisms."  Toby has become an advocate of defending freedom and exercising individual responsibility as a result of an unjust divorce and child support process.
     Toby is the son of a retired USAF MSgt. and was born at RAF Lakenheath, England. Being raised in a Christian home, Toby accepted the Lord as his Savior at age five. He has four daughters and one son.
    In his book, Toby explains what has become common place today was practically unheard of  decades ago. The State's war against the family via divorce and the child support system where many are unjustly suffering.
    Toby shared his personal divorce experience and the permanent scars caused by the government intervening in their lives. His courage to stand against this tyranny is an encouragement to all who are trapped in the grinding machine of family court and child support system.
   We discussed Jury Nullification and what that entails. Jury Nullification  happens when a jury comes back with a "Not Guilty," verdict even though jurors believe beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant has broken a law. Each state could nullify an unenforceable law. The state makes the law unenforceable.  We also discussed the supreme extortion of child support and how that affects 401K's and wage garnishment.    Slam the Gavel welcomes Shurouk Mansour to the podcast. She was last on October, Season 3, Episode 118. Shurouk is an Entrepreneur, Mind Adjustment/Life Coach and Counselor to the show. Coach Shurouk's main purpose is to work hand in hand with her client and to bring out the hidden potential and strength so they can view things from a positive perspective as well as seeing the beauty and power of where positive thinking can take her client.
     Shurouk loves her job because  it goes deeper than what the eye can see and when the soul begins to feel a change, a person's energy begins to move mountains and Shurouk is ready to build a whole new world with her client.
    Receiving her BA in Psychology along with her graduate certificate in counselor education from NC State University, Shurouk also received her MS in psychology with an emphasis in general psychology and life coaching at GCU.
    We discussed the topic of addiction and how it truly feels and how some people do not know how to seek help. But there are resources. Shurouk offers ways facilities handle addictions and they vary.
    It is important to detach in a healthy way. Underlying mental health disorders (or addictive personalities) with individuals that may have not realized or recognized an addiction issue, may cause this person to do things repetitively  in order to find a different result but in reality they are finding the same result. Very fascinating podcast on individuals suffering through addictions and how to help family members cope with their loved one.

     Slam the Gavel welcomes Amy Palacios last on the podcast Season 3, Episode 147 and 165. She is a Mother of six children. In Amy's case there are two ex-husbands fighting in court with the SAME lawyer, Attorney Jay White to perpetuate 14 years of corruption. Her first ex-husband paid the second ex-husband $50,000.00 to be a false witness against her.  Her case started in Mecklenburg County and has now moved to Cabarrus County, NC. Now both ex's along with an attorney, Jay White want to extort monies from Amy or put her in jail days before Christmas.
    This is the most egregious  crime committed against this mother, a Nurse Practitioner. What will happen on Monday? Only time will tell, but to take a seasoned NP out of the field and place her in Debtor's Prison at taxpayer's expense is not only frivolous as well as illegal as Debtor's Prison has been abolished in 1833. Amy Palacios's case has gotten too far out of control and Judge Knust has to know how this will affect her children in regards to the ACE's Scores if mother is sent to prison.  God is in control.

    Slam the Gavel welcomes back Lee Granade back to the podcast. She was last on December 3rd, 2022, Season 3, Episode 168. In the last episode, Lee has her case is out of the 14th Judicial Circuit  in South Carolina which has enabled the Murdaughs, the super lawyers and solicitors for nearly 100 years,  to prosper since the 1920's. They have been tied to moonshining and interference with juries and most recently insurance fraud and murders.
     Lee Granade's ex-husband's connections with that family go back to the 1970s.   She has lost her children and everything to a man who has a long history of abuse and has been demoted from multiple federal government jobs but is connected to the powers that be in the 14th Circuit. Her ex has even told her that "custody has been set, just you see, these are games attorneys play." The predetermined verdict was already set in place before Lee entered the courtroom.
     He took a new wife five months after divorce and then less than a month of his marriage there was a suspicious house fire where Lee's then 11 year old son had been left alone moments earlier. He got out alive however he has been plagued with anxiety. However there was no investigation. There was no police report, no change in custody, nothing… The ex’s college roommate is the county attorney who represents the police.  They made it all go away.  Via FOIA and subpoena, Lee discovered that the authorities did not follow any of their protocols. She also determined that there appeared to be a cover up between the police and her ex-husband. 
     Lee went to them with subpoenaed insurance documents showing where insurance paid her ex and herself, because she was still owner at the time of the unexplained fire, and they took an incident report but refused to charge that as well. 
   Lee has given an update on her December 13th, 2022 hearing. Judge Deborah Malphrus presided as Lee presented a Rule to Show Cause as the court system let three years slip by with Lee not being able to see her children more than she should and was recently denied her custody time with her children by her ex as a hurricane was approaching while police did nothing as they let the ex run the show while Lee had to leave her two children there with him.  Lee presented the lack of visitation and adherence regarding a previous court order, abuse and neglect (that the judge refused to hear) and untruthful statements. The outcome was that her ex has to spend 48 hours in prison and pay a $1,000.00 fine. Lee also subpoenaed  the CFI in regards to the house fire. He showed up with his attorney but wouldn't give Lee the file on the house fire.....More to come on the next update with Lee Granade.
