A podcast episode on 26 February titled "Slater + Gordon's 'fake email' nightmare" made reference to the fact Mari Ruiz-Matthyssen's name was used in an email to all staff at her former firm, Slater and Gordon.  The Australian accepts Ms Ruiz-Matthyssen did not author and did not send the email and apologises to her if any viewers took the podcast to be suggesting otherwise.

Please note that there is no requirement regarding the size or location of this apology, and it only needs to be published for five days.  We recommend publishing the apology here - on the page where the podcast episode complained of is located.
