Guided by a recent poll on my Instagram page (@steveroetherapy), I’ve written and recorded this special Sleep Hypnosis audio to help alleviate periods of overthinking, anxiety and overwhelm. Hypnotherapy is a incredible tool that enables us to speak to the subconscious part of the mind – the part that is in control of our emotions and habits, therefore enabling a much higher success rate than just desperately relying on willpower in the everyday conscious part of our brains. I have written this to also help you to fall asleep into a deep slumber, so please get yourself relaxed and comfortable and through the power of suggestion, you will wake up feeling motivated, refreshed, ready to take on a new day – and find your brain able to take on the world, with much less of a natural instinct to get overwhelmed and consequently overthink! 🤯
