Tonight we will use an ancient practice to help us fall asleep. Yoga Nidra is a type of body scan that is soothing and calming. Yoga Nidra allows your body and mind to rest deeply while you are fully awake and accessing delta brainwaves which are responsible for restoration the body that typically happens during sleep. However, because this practice is incredibly soothing and relaxing, you will be able to use this practice tonight as a way of helping you feel a deeper sense of calm so you can more easily drift off to sleep.
May this sleep relaxation bring peace to your heart and restful sleep.
