時間回到2022年，當時我創立podcast 頻道，陪陪深夜想要順利入眠的自己，所以有幾集我都錄得長達一小時多，那個漫漫長夜就這樣入睡了。

我慢慢的，一章一章閱讀，那些我們想反覆咀嚼的書籍，就這樣被我讀進心裡。我們的生命就是這樣子得到養分而成長的，無論是從閱讀、影音，還是實際的人際互動、爭執、相愛、原諒。這些都是適合在深夜好好整理的心事，藉著閱讀故事，我們也跟著療癒了。

後來我荒廢了一陣子，2024年，我重新開啟了這個頻道，發現長途班機上很適合聽呢！只是錄了一本書後，因為工作好忙，頻道又休眠了。

現在來到2026年，我重新整理了以前的錄音，再次上架。深刻感受到溫暖還在，養分也還在。
